明天就要上考场了，希望大家这次能够最大限度的发挥自己的水平，彻底摆脱四六级的困扰。学姐今天整理了一份超全四六级考前注意事项！一起来看吧~~
1.准备好所需物品
01.需要携带的物品：
三证：准考证、身份证、学生证
考试用品：2B铅笔、橡皮、黑色签字笔、听力耳机（备用电池）
*tips：
所有考生在入场前都将接受金属探测器检查。部分考场还将配有电子屏蔽，所以在入场后，考试无关的物品要放在监考员给出的指定位置哟~
02.定好当天的闹钟！
四级8:40开始进考场；六级14:40开始进考场
2.熟悉考试流程
01.提前进入考场调好频道进行听力试音；
02.写作文时规定禁止翻阅听力、阅读等试题；
03.听力录音播完立即收答题卡，注意边听边填涂答题卡；

*tips：
一般监考老师会在考试时口头提醒重要的时间节点，如听力开始前，收答题卡前，考试快结束时等。难免有老师忘记提醒，同学们务必熟知考试流程的各个时间点，做充足准备。
3.答题顺序及救命提醒
1.写作
总共花费30分钟。
3分钟构思写提纲。
25分钟写作。（四级7句，六级9句）
2分钟结尾并检查。（检查词汇、语法、逻辑问题）
答题位置：【从此处开始作答】之后为第一行即可，当然从第二行开始写也不扣分！阅卷时不作为判分依据！
2.听力
作文写完之后，能提前看听力的选项吗？
答案是：不允许。
挤出时间来先读题（比如：读Directions的时候，重点看较长的选项，标记关键词，较短的选型可以在听的过程中直接解决），正确选项最保险的方法就是选项和原文是同义替换；四级新闻、长对话、短文听力和六级讲座（讲话）的原则是视听一致、文章和出题顺序一致、正确选项和原文主旨或高频词一致。
提醒：听力结束后答题卡（一）会立即收走，没有预留填涂答题卡的时间。
3.阅读
阅读三个题型分别为选词、信息匹配和仔细阅读。
总共花费40分钟。
1选词填空：分值5%，难度最大，建议用时10分钟。
2段落匹配：分值10%，难度适中，建议用时10分钟。
3仔细阅读：分值20%，难度最小建议用时20分钟。
切记：做题顺序为：先仔细阅读、再段落匹配，再选词填空。
4.翻译
建议听完听力之后，先看一眼翻译，如果感觉还行，就直接给18-25分钟之内完成；如果较难，就不要给自己太多压力，建议放在信息匹配之后处理。
但翻译无论是难还是简单，都不要硬着头皮逐字翻译。
一定要先提炼主干，将整个句子分成主干和修饰成分分别处理。主干翻译不出来，就换主语、谓语、系动词或宾语，修饰成分如果翻译不成一个单词，则考虑使用短语、从句或单独成句处理，如果实在不会写的宁可不写也不要写错。
此外，翻译一定要懂得借鉴背过的作文里的表达。

预测一：锻炼身体的必要性以及如何健康生活
题目要求:the importance of doing exercise and how to keep a healthy lifestyle
开头段:
With the rapid development of economy and society. how to keep a healthy lifestyle has raised public awareness in the past few decades.From my personal perspective, it goes without saying that keeping physically active is a key element to such a lifestyle.
中间段(论述the importance):
The evidence that an increasing number of office workers suffer from different types of llnesses demonstrates that spending most of the day sitting is harmful for our bodies. Besides, exercising more remains as one of the top suggestions from doctors, which proves its significance in keeping us healthy. lt is universally acknowiedged that only with a healthy body can we accomplish goals and dreams in life.
结尾段(how to keep a healthy lifestyle):
