英语阅读：德法的“政策” our own policy
一、怎么“读”：英语“读”越多，中文“懂”越多吗？
恐怕我不能把这样的“阅读”称为“英语阅读”，称“中文阅读”不为过。
因为你的中文“懂是懂”了，英语却没有丝毫进步，甚至依然停留在“根本就不懂”状态。
“阅读”这短短的英语，除了“大量使用”中文外，你“用”了，“说了”几句英语？
French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Friday that Europe should cooperate with China on issues including climate change and upholding multilateralism as the two leaders addressed reporters following an online defense meeting.
Merkel said the European Union still needs its own policy towards China despite sharing consensus with the U.S. by virtue of shared values, adding she is against a complete decoupling.
Macron also said it's crucial for Europe to be able to make its own decisions when dealing with China.
二、“读”英语“用”英语，英语“读”越多，英语“用”越多的英语阅读：
1.Okay.I got you.If you need your own policy towards,you need your independent policy.You need your separate policy.
所读的英语可以“千变万化”，有一点“不变”：都是用来练就“读”英语“用”英语：英语只有“多用”才不会遗忘。怎么“用”？不是在简单日常口语会话“跟人用”才叫“用”，在随时随地的“阅读”中“用”，也就能“用”。

2.Okay.I got you.If you share consensus(“形”记：con-sen-sus) with someone,you agree completely with them,you're in complete agreement with them,you see eye to eye with then.
不能自如“运用”这些(已知的学过的)英语的“英语阅读”(if any)，“读”再多英语对提高英语水平“有何用”？“互联网+”时代，只想“懂”其中文意思，太简单了，拿出手机微信扫一扫，中文全出来了，然后直接“读”中文就是，哪里还需要劳心费神“读”英语，“学”英语？

Okay.I got you.If you cooperate with someone,you work together with them.You work together as partnership.Teamwork plays a role in your work.
英语“学”了半天，都不能在阅读中如此熟练运用已知的学过的英语的“英语阅读”，我们的“英语阅读”“图”的是什么呢？就为“懂”“中文什么意思呀”吗？
