二、能“读懂”上面英语的，一定是像类似下面我“读的样子”

1.If we count something,we say 12345,etc.to get the total number of it.
如果学过to get the total number of something，此刻我们就借助英语count把它又“用”了一回：学英语不就是要“用”吗？你“用”中文“计数”就相当于你“放弃”一次“用”英语的机会。英语学了不用，学来“何用”？
2.So when we count the legal votes,we try to get the total number of the legal votes.
3.If something is legal,it is lawful,it is legitmate.
相信没有几个人见到legal能够主动熟练地把学过的英语lawful,legitmate“用起来”的：英语学而不用，记再多“也无用”就是这个道理。“哑巴英语”也由此产生。

“读”英语时总是“不用”英语，长此以往，“哑巴英语”就是你“读”再多英语也逃不掉的结局。
